The Netherlands Bureau of Tourism & Convention (NBTC) invites you to a virtual travel trade networking event. The central focus here is the exchange between the German and English travel industry and travel professionals from the Netherlands. In addition, current topics that will play in the Netherlands in the following two years will be presented. From cultural highlights, active opportunities in nature to the hidden gems of the Netherlands, away from the hotspots, everything is included to make your travel programmes become even more interesting and varied. But also insights into travel trends and developments in the travel sector will be given, which are pioneering for the future of the travel industry. We look forward to your registration.
Let a guide take you on a guided tour of the world's first gigapixel museum during the breakout session from 16:10 to 16:40. The Mauritshuis can now be visited not only physically, but also in a new virtual, lifelike environment. The museum is the first in the world to be fully digitised in gigapixel format*. By linking to the Mauritshuis' existing Second Canvas app, the most beautiful stories behind the masterpieces are revealed and it is possible to zoom in on the brushstroke. No fewer than 36 masterpieces, including all Vermeers, four Rembrandts, three Jan Steens, the Goldfinch by Fabritius and the Bull by Potter, can be admired in minute detail. Have fun!
